These terms apply to the Run360 website and service, provided by Hoffman Tech Solutions LLC, based in Rincon, Georgia. By using the site or service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Run360 is an AI-powered phone receptionist for local service businesses. It answers calls, collects caller information, and can send text messages to callers and business owners. Run360 uses automated technology, and responses may not always be perfect.

SMS program terms

• Program: Run360 by Hoffman Tech Solutions LLC sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use it, such as intake form links, appointment details, and follow-ups about a caller's request.
• Consent: Callers opt in by agreeing during a call to receive a text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP, or email HTSrun360@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Business customers

Businesses that subscribe to Run360 agree to the pricing and service details shared with them at signup. Service is month to month, with no long-term contract, and can be canceled at any time.

Limitation of liability

Run360 is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Hoffman Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for missed calls, missed messages, lost business, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
