Run360 is a product of Hoffman Tech Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in Rincon, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through Run360, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you call a business that uses Run360, our AI receptionist may collect your name, phone number, the reason for your call, your service address or area, and your preferred appointment time. If you fill out an intake form we send you, we collect the information you enter on that form. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to deliver and improve the service.

When you contact us directly through this website, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Pass your request along to the business you called
• Send you text messages you agreed to receive, such as an intake form link, appointment details, or follow-ups about your request
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Run360 service
• Respond to your questions

SMS messaging

We only send text messages to people who give consent, for example by agreeing during a call to receive a text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us at HTSrun360@gmail.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share your information only:

• With the business you called, so they can respond to your request
• With service providers that help us run Run360 (such as phone, messaging, and hosting providers), only as needed to provide the service
• When required by law

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices
